Raleigh - Like Frisbee? Want a little exercise? Then come out and join us! We're a group of friends who play casual ultimate Frisbee, also called Frisbee football. Casual means it's all for fun, e.g., no stall counts, arms length distance while guarding. We meet at 9:30 am on Sunday mornings, either around NCSU or at one of the Raleigh city parks.
